Im Frühling und im Herbst hält Ruediger Dahlke die traditionellen Fastenwochen ab, aber auch Fasten und Yoga oder mit Wandern runden das Angebot ab.
From the garden to the kitchen
The heart of TamanGa, the "Garden Gamlitz" is a huge organic garden . What is freshly harvested here and from the farmers in the area comes straight into the kitchen and you can find it again at the buffet - (almost ;-) without any ecological footprint, enchants with peace-food-vegan dishes full of value.
It is our wish to impart knowledge about the cultivation and care of plants and the effects of herbs and medicinal herbs to you. How does a home garden work and how can you create one yourself and use it as a healthy resource for your family? Even if you don't save any money with it, the quality is unbeatable and at some point you will get addicted to this standard and to the experiences in your own garden. In addition: those who eat vegan develop a much more sensitive sense of taste. It becomes necessary to eat organic - not only for the sake of health but also to preserve the joy of eating.

Kurzzeitfasten mit späterem Frühstück und ein reichhaltiges Abendmahl aus saisonalen, regionalen Zutaten und vielem aus dem eigenen Garten. Alles bio, gluten- und zuckerfrei, ergänzt mit Getreide, Früchten und Gewürzen der Welt, die gesundheitlich oder gar therapeutisch wertvoll sind.
